Each apartment home includes one assigned parking spot. Covered parking is available for $30 per month.

Overlook at the Willamette does not offer in-unit washers and dryers, but there are four laundry rooms on the property for your convenience.

Yes, we have a full-time maintenance team, along with after-hours emergency maintenance services.

You can submit a work order through the portal or contact the office directly for maintenance issues.

You do not need to be present, but we will require permission to enter your apartment to perform the work.
